The Association of Civil Engineering, has been set up with the aim of improving technical knowledge of students and bringing them closer to the practical world of Electronics engineering and technology.
The Civil Engineering, Department Students Association ACE was formed with the intention of cultivating interest in science and technology among the students Since 12th March 2019. The ACE Association has played the vital role of being the much needed bridge between the students and industry level research and development. The Association organizes several events throughout the academic year like guest lectures, competitions, field trips and tech talks every year. Association conducts number of co-curricular activities including special lectures by experts, workshops, technical seminars etc.
Technical talk on the Energy Conservation Building Code & Eco Niwas Samhitha (ENS)
The department of Civil Engineering, MGMCET has organized a technical talk on 19/04/23 (Wednesday) at college seminar hall supported by the Energy Management Centre, Kerala.
The resource person Ar. Ashiqua Sulthana, Lead Consultant at Technical Greenovation Cluster, Kochi provided a great informative session to the CE students on the topic Energy Conservation Building Code & Eco Niwas Samhitha (ENS). After the talk, a discussion session was conducted. As a token of gratitude Asst. Prof. Sony KG, HOD of CE Department presented a memento to the resource person.
