Training and Placement Cell (TPC)
Headed by Senior Faculty with Industrial Recruitment Experience and with the aim of fetching lucrative placements for all students, a dedicated Training and Placement Cell (TPC) is operational on the campus.
Apart from seminars, guest lectures, career conferences, special training sessions are conducted, wherein Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Physical Grooming and Corporate Dress Codes for students are addressed. TPC conducts Mock Interviews and Aptitude Test external training agencies like NOSCE Techno Solutions and T-Horizon that help the students to meet job market expectations of Multinational Companies (MNCs). We also arrange for awareness classes for students on Abroad Higher Education, Government Jobs and latest Technologies by Industry Experts to be aware on latest happenings in industries. We also encourage and motivate students to participate in Free Skilling Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives like Infosys Springboard, TCS YEP, IBM Build Skills, Pentagon CSR and Mahindra Naandi Pride Classrooms.
Mock Interviews give a clear-cut direction as to which aspects of a student requires special attention. The training and placement department is committed to utilizing its diversified & strong industry links for the placement of students in prestigious organizations like Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro Technologies, Cognizant Technology Services (CTS), Mphasis, Cherian Varkey Constructions (CVC), UST Global, IBS, Poornam Infovision, Aarbee Structures, Armstech Engineers, Mary Matha Constructions, VVDN Technologies, Tessolve Semiconductors, Aabasoft Technologies, Focus Edumatics, Eben Telecom, 6D Telecom, Sutherland, Extra Marks, Byjus etc.
